Thank you all for your support. I often do the attachment type tests to see where I am and I've always been FA with sometimes testing SA (when I have a good run in therapy). Yesterday and today I tested AP both times. But in a way it's kind of happy making for me, because I know how to handle my AP feelings better than the avoidance feelings. The AP feelings are more clear to me and are not denial/ fear/ avoidance based.
