What are you waiting for ?
Maybe you are not waiting for something in particular but you are waiting for someone.
Its not very loving to yourself to wait in lovelife - unless you are waiting with excitement.
Its about being in movement towards something.
How can you make a tiny micro step ?
Waiting for something to happen is not nessecarely a good thing. Or waiting for a person to do something special.
I waited for my boyfriend to get back to me yesterday. We do not live together. But it took him All Day before he got back to me, even if he promised that he would get back to me during the day.
I use to reach out to him. But he was prosessing something and of course he is allowed to do that. But I was waiting for him to come back and share something with me as we agreed on last weekend. But he dident get back to me.
Instead of waiting and getting the feeling of getting stuck and not getting anywhere, I went out for a walk. That was a physical movement forward.
Afterwards I talked to my sister in law for an hour. And suddenly I got back to myself and I enjoyed the rest of my day by myself. And then I got out of the waiting position.
It's about taking tiny steps to move forward in life
- weather you are waiting for your partner to do something
- weather you are single and want a partner
- weather youve lost your job and are now unemployed
- weather you are sick
Being in a waiting position is not always healthy
If it is not possible to do something about your situation right now, you can do something of bodily movement instead.
Then you come home to youself and you are showing yourself love and compassion.
