How your thoughts can help you to feel more love: (tips)
What you focus on gives you energy. Also in your lovelife.
Your mind listens to what you think, say and do. Lets look at your thoughts.
There are those who think everything starts with a thought.
But according to some therapists, it starts with an impulse, which then becomes a thought. That thought can be driven by love or fear.
No matter what, many of us thrive with negative thoughts. The negative is a signal that there is something that is in imbalance. The negative can therefore be positive - at least when listening to the deeper message.
Bad relationships, single life against your wish, stress, chock trauma and bad self-esteem are common reasons for negative thoughts.
There are many reasons for negative thoughts. Find the deeper reason for you and uncover what you can do something about, or get help. If the negative thoughts continue, you have 10 things you can do.
10 simple tips on how your thoughts can give you more love:
Notice what you think of! Not just right now, but the rest of the day. And the rest of the week.
Do not try to control your thoughts. Accept them, let them float out of the head and make room for new ones.
If you think negative about something / someone: Allow the negative thought or feeling to be there. Say within yourself, to the negative: "It's ok, you are allowed be here right now!". If there is resistance to it, turn to the resistor: "It's ok, you are also allowed also be here right now!"
The negative is a signal to you, that there is something that is in imbalance. Allow you to feel the feeling, accept it, but do not let it grow and get stuck in it.
If you think negative about something / someone:
Ask yourself: "What's my own share? From whom have I learned to think like this? (Give this thought back to this person, for example say/think: "Yes, yes, mother, now go back home")
What can I do to correct the imbalance?
What should I learn from this? "
Release as far as possible, what you are not able to influence. It is that you are proactive, so that you take the driver's seat.
If you think negative about something / someone: Ask yourself: "What is my need / wish / goal here? What could I think/do? "
If you think negative about something / someone - ask yourself: "What could be more positive about this - but equally right?"
If you worry or you feel jealous, ask yourself, "What are the facts?"
Talk to other, more objective people about it. Get a reality check.
If you think negative about something and you can not let it go, use the watertank exercise, write down your thoughts, scream it out, dance, paint or draw it, use breathing exersice, talk to someone who's good at listening and understand - or get help in another way!
If you think positive - enjoy it!
Meditate.
Remember: The little steps you take (over and over again) works better than one big step.
Therefore be gentle with yourself!
