This is a fantastic article by Neil Strauss, author of some books you've probably heard of and who really dug into attachment theory at some point to get healthier. I've so far been very impressed with the interviews and podcasts I've heard him do on related stuff. He sounds like he was FA, and this article is about recovering in his marriage when it started to fall apart because they both had insecure attachment styles and he cheated.

It's a very good article. It's a lot of what I learned through therapy although I didn't believe it at first. I thought it was mumbo jumbo that I was always picking men that were like my mother. Now I know it's true, but breaking that cycle is easier said than done.
