When people (you, if you do it) talk about being "deactivated"-- what does that mean to you?

change in the nervous system, overactive parasympathetic system and shutting off of attachment. seek solitude, do not feel attached. seek distance, move away internally and externally from relationship and attachment. emotional numbing. it's largely involuntary. previous affection seems unrealistic and far away. it's not a good state, once you know what is going on, it feels isolated. increased focus on non-relational pursuits. it feels like it will be permanent. my deactivation resolves in about three days if i am not further triggered. if i catch it early i can ask for help to divert it a bit. once i sink so far tho, it seems impossible to reverse. it's definitely a nervous system response, i do get sleepy, over relaxed, blissed out but isolated, and physically less energy.
