What did you think-- could you relate? While I couldn't totally relate I saw little glimmers of truth there... I found it interesting because I hadn't seen these theories applied to the workplace before.

I've thought about this in the workplace, but think it would be more useful for being a good manager and building teams. Like, maybe if you've got employees who can't seem to get along, you've got an AP/DA situation that may require a different solution. Or, just better understanding the ways in which different styles are incentivized and feel more satisfied at work.
