Hi, I've been toying with the idea of therapy since I work through alot of my issues on my own effort, but I thought therapy might facilitate this. Could you share what about therapy has helped you and how? Is it the talking and verbalizing, or is it the exercises provided for you to practice, or is it having someone point out to you what needs work?
I'm asking this so i can understand the different elements of therapy that might be useful, and I can be more informed when choosing the type of therapy to engage in.
