7 things you are doing wrong in love life:
Action is required to create transformation. Nothing changes if you don't change. But if you are not aware of what you are doing wrong or what self-sabotaging behaviors you are repeating then how is it possible for your love life, finances, health
to improve ?
As Einstein has said: 'The definition of insanity is; to keep repeating the same action and believe that you will get a different result! '
Read Einstein's quote again. Think carefully. What are you repeating? What are you consistently choosing to do, despite the results not benefiting you? Do you fall for the same type of boyfriend, even if you always end up getting hurt? Do you spend too much money and end up every month with no money left? Do you always complain about your work but not looking for a new position? What do you repeat again, and again and again?
It is as if we think that if we want something long enough or heartfelt enough, it will suddenly show. In this way we avoid taking full responsibility for our lack of success and unsatisfied love life. Instead, we blame our parents, the ex, the girlfriend, the community, the politicians, etc.
.When you repeat the same pattern, it is a sign that something inside you is not healed. That something has not been released. Only when you become aware that the negative experiences of the past guides your choices, thoughts and behaviors - you can begin to heal your wounds and change your patterns.
Seven self-sabotaging strategies:
After each of the seven examples, there is a healing phrase. Read the sentence out loud. Give yourself time to notice. What positive emotions do the words leave in your body? It is the feeling that gives healing - not the thought. The sentences seem like a kind of inner eraser. Each time you repeat the words and feel them in the body, you erase old negative beliefs and in this way strengthen your self-worth:
1. Blame
Maybe your ex was cheating ? Maybe your ex owes you child support? Maybe your best friend was unfaithful with your husband? Maybe you've had a difficult childhood? Maybe you've been in an accident? Whatever your story, it doesn't help you to blame others for the hardships of life. When you shift your focus, I guarantee that your life will change dramatically. Drop the victim role and get yourself in the driver's seat. Decide that the past should not control your future. Take responsibility for your own happiness and understand that in adversity there is always learning.
Dear Universe
Relieve me of my tendency to blame others for the pain I feel right now. May I release the pain with love and find my own strength. And that is how it is.
2. Negative thoughts
Behind a negative mindset is often a feeling of not being good enough. The mindset may have originated in childhood because of the mother or father's lack of love. As an adult, the failures of the past appear as low self-esteem. Therefore, expectations of others, love, success and wealth are low. Unconsciously, you may sabotage your own chances of success - because (unconsciously) you do not feel you deserve it. Know that the more your focus is on 'what you don't have' or 'can't' - the more 'lack' you will attract. Remember that the universe is always working for you and you send out a lack of vibration, so you get exactly what you ask for. MORE Lack of love, lack of money, lack of success.
Dear Universe
I am aware of my negative thoughts and reject them lovingly - when they question my own worth. I remember that I deserve everything I dream about. I'm good enough. I'm worth loving. I am valuable. And that is how it is.
3. Comparison
We always compare ourselves to others, which is quite normal. But comparing yourself only to people who 'live the life you want to live' is an unhealthy habit. When you only compare yourself with successful people, you remind yourself of 'all you miss in your life', and what happens next? You get hurt by yourself, feel unsuccessful, disappointed and despaired. So dear friend, stop this immediately. Instead of putting others on a pedestal, give yourself a pat on the shoulder. Be proud of who you are and what you can do and what you have already created in your life.
Dear Universe
On a daily basis, I value both my big and small successes. I am valuable. I'm unique. I'm good enough. And that is how it is.
4. Poor economy
Many of us have a very relaxed relationship with money. We do not keep track of our expenses and pretend , for example, when we buy a coffee latte and a croissant daily on our way to work. When you waste your money, you waste yourself. Poor economy generates fears and worries. At the same time, it is embarrassing and shameful not to have control over your finances. Do you want to live a life of abundance - then spend your money with reason and good conscience. In this way you show both yourself and the Universe that you deserve wealth in all aspects of life.
Dear Universe
I let go of my resistance to attract money in an easy and playful way. I always have enough money, more than I can spend. I am valuable. I'm good enough. And that is how it is.
5. Envy
The feeling of envy is familiar to most people. Envy is very similar to the feelings that arise when you 'compare' yourself to the success of others. Envy and jealousy are rooted in feelings of bitterness and injustice. Comparison is rooted in the feeling of inadequacy. Next time you feel a sense of envy, try to put yourself into the other person's shoes.
Remember! 'What I want for you, I also want for myself.' If you really want to manifest your dreams , you must necessarily learn to enjoy the happiness and success of others. Envy blocks your energy flow and prevents your wishes and dreams from becoming a reality.
Dear Universe
I celebrate the success of others and nourish my own soul with their amazing results. And that is how it is.
6. Drama
Are you a drama queen? The one who alwayss complains about something? Do you often talk about your poor relationship, your bad health, your poor colleagues, etc.? Or are you the type who always has s got something fun, exciting or positive to tell? Know that the energy you bring into the conversation will always mirror the universe .. Drama attracts drama.
Dear Universe
I release my need for drama and focus on making my conversations inspiring and uplifting. And that is how it is.
7. Clutter
The hour of truth has come. What does the contents of your purse or handbag look like right now? Is your wallet filled with old receipts and old plastic cards that you never use? Is the bag full of old candy paper, coins, dried-out pens and lipsticks? The universe loves order and so do you. When you clean up, you create space for something new. You raise your energy and signal that you are ready to receive more love, more success, more money, etc., etc.
Dear Universe
I have now made room to welcome prosperity, love and success in my life. And that is how it is.
When you realize:
That it is the small steps that makes the big difference,
then suddenly it becomes fun to create your dreams.
