I wish I wasn’t so effected when attachment figure doesnt answer my texts. One min is all fine then as soon as there is a slight sign of inconsistency I break down. You know what’s worse...I’m the most inconsistent person with all my friends at times.... maybe it’s karma!! What’s your attachment style? Perhaps you can use the way you feel when someone doesn’t respond to you with being more consistent and reliable with your friends...if you are triggered when someone doesn’t respond to you it’s likely a trigger from your childhood from parents who were not caring enough or did not meet your needs. Being with that part of yourself instead of outwardly seeking soothing or attention can be a part of the healing process
