Hello all! Let me preface this by saying that while I normally tend think of reddit as an online hellscape I wouldn’t send my worst enemies to, I recently discovered the “attachment theory” subreddit and it’s really good! Lots of very insightful folks and some great stories of earning secure (the fearful avoidant one I read last night was quite touching). Anyway, it’s quite a bit more active than this forum so if you prefer the smaller community/slower pace then it may not be for you but otherwise it’s something to check out for sure! www.reddit.com/r/attachment_theory/
