How open is your heart in your relationships? - to friends, partners, dates, colleges, parents ect
This is crucial to keep your heart open if you want to have a good life
Your emotional heart sits in the middle of your chest. It feels like warmth, an expancion, you feel joyfull and in a good mood
If you can not keep your heart open there is often a reason for this.....
- you may have been hurt, your limits have been exceeded
When you feel tension in the chest, a restlessness in the stomach, when you discover that your heart is closed
Then you can use the paradoxical method of change and you can give your heart love - you can put a supportive hand on your heart - you can think love, love, love - you can imagine that some heat or some light enters your heart or light enters your stomach
Being with love is just as important as giving love or to get love from others

How to keep your heart open as a feminine woman or as a feminine leaning man:
As a feminine woman, you will only be truely happy and content when you are able to open your heart, no matter what other people are doing. This doesnt mean that you have to become a doormat, it just means that you are keeping your heart open.
Exercise:
Think of a person or an animal with whom you have experienced love with. Not nessecarily all the time, but most of the time. A person or an animal from the past or just somebody who have been friendly to you.
Feel the contact with this person or animal. Close your eyes, and think of and feel the love you have experienced. Give the love you have recevied a color. Which color do you prefer: Red, blue, white, green or ?
Imagine this color in your heart. Put your hand on your heart. Breath in. When you breath out imagine this color expanding in your body. Breath in again. Breath out and imagine the color filling up the room you are in or the forrest that you are walking in. Breath in again and breath out while you are imagining the color rediating from your heart into the country you are living in. Breath in again and breath out and imagine that the light/lovecolor from your heart is radiating all the way around the globe.
Do this exercise every day

Sometimes you have to heal your broken heart in your current relationship, because it can cause you to hold back your feelings ect
Exercise: (instinktive level)
Healing of a broken heart:
Ending something in your present relationship is a new beginning Your current partner may have hurt your heart/feelings It can also be a past partner or friends, ex partner, mom or dad ect. When a relationship ends or you yourself end the relationship.
What does it take for you to end the earlier relationship or what does it take for the current relationship to change in a new way?
If there is much grief or anger, this must be handled first.
Who do you want to work with, that you have been hurt by?
Breath in and out 3 times. Feel the chair carry your weight and feel how the body is supported by the chair. Notice that the body is breathing. Imagine the person you are thinking of in front of you. If it is a person you have felt threatened by, then you can use your competent protector to help you (tiger, a policeman, a friend, a dog, a teacher, a grandparent ect.)
When you contact the person, ask the person "what color light do you need from me to be able to end our relationship?" (Red, yellow, blue, white, green ect)
Imagine the light streaming into you, through the top of your head and out of your body, out through the solar plexus, and into the other person.
Stop when the other person says, they have had enough light.
Then tell the other person what color light you need from the other person to be able to finish your relationship. Imagine the light streaming down through the other persons head and out through the solar plexus and over to you. Say stop when you're full. If you have resistance of letting go, allow the resistance to be there. If not not possible to let go, do the exercise another day. When you are filled Up with light, say "thank you". Ask the other person "what gift do you need from me?" give the other your gift Do NOT give your heart to the other person!!!!! Notice what happens in your body, when you give the other person your gift?. Then ask the other person "what gift do you have for me?" Do not let the other person leave before the other has given you a gift. Maybe it's positive, maybe it's negative, maybe the other person has nothing to give you (this shows the dynamic in your relationship - you were the giver, the other was the reciever). Feel your mood and feel the sensations in the body as you receive the gift.
Why do this exercise: Every time your heart gets hurt, then your heart closes a little. Then the more difficult it will be to open yourself up and recieve/give love in your present or future relationship. This exercise helps you to heal at the instinktive level.

Love/Sexuality Exercise - Take your heart back and give from the heart
Do you have a tendencie to give your heart away in your love life ? What happens if you loose your partner or your partner dies ? Where is your heart then ? How can you attatch, when your heart is not available for yourself ? You need to be able to attatch without loosing yourself and your heart in the future.
Love/Sexuality Developmental Stage: Age 3 -> 6 years The connection between Heart and Genitals Differentiate between giving from the heart vs. giving the heart away
To take your heart back you have to use theese muscles:
Trapezius Rhomboids Serratus posterior superior Trapezius
Sit on a chair. Feel your sit bones, legs and feet. Breathe in and out 3 times - you have to breathe into your back
Then slowly seperate your shoulderblades and reach out in the air infront of you with your arms. Use your musles between your shoulderblades to reach out for your heart. Not only using your arms. Do it slowly. Then gently grab your heart with your hands, hold it gently infront of you with your arms straight, look at your heart with tenderneess and say out loud while looking at your heart:
"Now I'm taking my 💓 back. I need it. It was a misunderstanding, that I gave my heart away to you, so I'm takeing it back now, so that I will be able to connect deeply from my heart in the future"
Then slowly take your heart back to yourself, pulling your arms back while pushing your shoulderblades together and down pushing your chest a little forward. Then place your heart, where your heart usually belongs in your body. Be carefull not to collapse in your body, when pulling your arms back, but try to keep your back straight pushing your chest a little forward, so that you are taking your heart back and keeping your dignety
Then sit with your hands placed on your heart for a while and feel into your body. Breathe in and out a couple of times.
Say out loud: "This is my heart. I need it. I want it. I will be able to keep my own heart and give from my heart, whenever I choose to in the future"
How does it feel to get your heart back ? How does it feel in your body ?
Then open your hands slowly.

The Heart Chakra governs the front and back of the chest, the heart, lungs and thymus (associated with our immune system). This energy center is about unconditional love, connection, empathy, forgiveness, appreciation and integration. In a meditation for the heart chakra you will retrieve the parts of your inner child that feel lonely, withdrawn, no accepted, unlovable, sad, mistrusting, unforgiving or not compassionate toward the self. clearing and calming the heart.
Practice 2-3 min: Sit on a chair or cross-legged, place your hands on your shoulders with the thumbs toward your back. Inhale twist left and exhale twist right. Initiate the twist from your elbows, let your head be along for the ride and keep elbows wide. To end: inhale and hold your breath 10-15 sec, focusing on the energy expansion in your heart, exhale and relax. After this is a lovely time to go into a meditation internally focusing on the heart.
Practice this Kundalini Meditation to Calm the Heart Do this meditation for 3 minutes and reap the benefits of this is a sweet and simple Kundalini meditation, which includes a mudra and breathwork. If you get upset at someone, do this meditation and then respond, as it will bring you back to the heart.
Journal: Write at the top of your page, “What does my heart want to tell me today?” Free-write for 3-5 min. Read back to yourself out loud. Your Higher Self is channeled onto the page. You read it back, so your human can integrate the information.

Imagine that your inner woman helps you to draw White or golden light from above into your heart and let the light run though your heart and let it "wash" out the things/people in your heart, that you dont need anymore. As if you are taking a shower.
