Do you have a pelvic floor dysfunction
The muscles of the deep core include the diaphragm, transversus abdominis, multifidus and pelvic floor. They can become inhibited with the pain and swelling that accompany injuries around the spine and pelvis. The thing is that once inhibited, these deep core muscles do not just naturally come back online. They have to specifically be retrained to turn on for you so that they function they way they are meant to, which is 1) synergistically (they should turn on altogether) and 2) reflexively (they need to turn on for you involuntarily before your bigger muscles do your gross movement). This questionnaire is to give you an idea of how well or not your core may be turning on for you. The more checks you have, the more likely your core needs support. 1. When you lay on your back with knees bent, hands on your upper and lower abdominals and cough several times, do your abdominals bulge up into your hands?* Yes No
2. When you lay on your back with knees bent, one hand on your pelvic floor (between pubic bone and tailbone) and cough several times, does your pelvic floor bulge down into your hand?* Yes No
3. Do you have any of the following breathing issues, which affect the diaphragm, such as: Asthma Chronic cough Poor posture (chronic slumping) Stress/anxiety (shallow breathin) To breathin
4. Have you had any of the following conditions, which affect transversus abdominis, such as: Abdominal surgery C-section Current hernia or hernia repair IBS Chronic bloating Digestive issues Back pain Pressure in lower abdomen
5. Have you had any of the following conditions, which affect multifidus, such as: Disc bulge Facet joint pathology Nerve root involvement Degenerative issues Back pain
6. Have you had any of the following conditions, which affect pelvic floor, such as: Incontinence (leaking, frequency, urgency and/or not emptying all the way) Bladder prolapse Uterine prolapse Episiotomy and/or difficult birth Hemorrhoids Acute or chronic urinary tract infection Chronic constipation Pressure in pelvic floor

Solar plexus chakra
Yellow Your solar plexus chakra, is the center of your power. This is the place where we use our will to create our boundaries, which ultimately lead to more freedom within. Find the source of when boundaries got disrupted or confusing for you and update your inner child’s old belief systems to allow an integration and calling forth of your Power.
-,ego identity - oriented to self definition - fire element - personel power - autonomy
- Lack of trust - Fearful and/or intimidating - Low self esteem and self respect - Sensitive to criticism, anxiety, depression
A lack of boundaries and trauma manifest as digestive issues, ie: leaky gut syndrome
- Digestive system - Liver - Muscles - Stomach - Pancreas - Spleen
Exercise your will and autonomy Practise self gratitude and good self esteem Developing a self discipline e.g morning practice Practise setting healthy boundaries
Self-Care Ritual
Breathwork: Practice a Pranayama including Breath of Fire.
- You can also do Breath of Fire on it’s own for 1-3 min for powerful effects, seated in cross-legged or on a chair. - Inhale and exhale through the nose quickly, gently drawing the navel up and in and on the inhale relax the belly. - To end, inhale touching the thumbs overhead and hold the breath 10-15 seconds, exhale and relax with your palms on your thighs. You’re welcome to move into a meditation from here if you’d like. - You can also add the arms in a V overhead, 60 degrees with straight elbows bringing the fingertips to the mounds of your fingers and thumbs reaching toward the sky.
Can substitute long, deep breathing for breath of fire if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure.
*This activates the energy at the navel point, where we have thousands of nerve endings and energetic channels. This is a power posture and also directs solar plexus energy to the heart.
18 months - 3 years old is when our will develops. We either create autonomy or shame due to a disconnection from love. The solar plexus is such a HUGE source of our Power. This energy center holds not only our Power, but also self-esteem and self worth. Try to travel back to when this got disrupted for you and update those old beliefs your inner child formed to the frequency of empowerment.
What would you feel like if you believed you are good enough, that all the Power you need is within you that can be activated at any moment? What would you move forward within your life?
Self-Care Ritual - calling all of your Power back to you from anywhere it’s been leaking, as well as activating the innate Power within you.
VISUALIZATION FOR CALLING YOUR POWER BACK: Practice 1-3 min (as many times a day as needed): For a full day, any time you catch your attention outside yourself, especially on another person or where it doesn’t need to be, acknowledge your energy is following your attention outside of your body. Place one hand on your crown (for grounding) and one hand on your navel. Inhale and imagine all of your energy coming back to you through your navel point. As you exhale, imagine that energy going all the way down to your feet. Do this until you feel all of your energy inside your body and your awareness is in the lower half of your body.
This practice is gold for the anxiously attached person who tends to seek external validation and reassurance from others. Also, it’s an amazing practice for anyone with an avoidant partner, as that will create anxiety in the body.

Your auric field
How strong or weak your auric field might be due to your lifestyle habits and what you intake physically and energetically. Remember we all know how to make our energy big or small.
What weakens the auric field is drugs, alcohol, giving our power away, EMFs and toxins. When it's weak, you'll seem vulnerable to everything that passes by or through you.
What strengthens it is Kundalini Yoga, repetitive movement of straight arms and legs, nourishing foods, good boundaries, and rest.
When strong, negative influences are automatically filtered!
Find a. meditation where you will address any areas you feel weak or like you don’t have the capacity to do something big for yourself.
“The Eighth Chakra is located in the aura. the magnetic field generated by a human being that surrounds him or her up to nine feet in every direction. The quality of the aura reveals the personality in the projection of power or the depression of defeat.” -Yogi Bhajan

Get into nature and give yourself 3-10 minutes of stillness and silence.
Journal: Write at the top of your page, “What does my Soul need to tell me today?” Free-write for 3-5 min. Read back to yourself out loud. Your Higher Self is channeled onto the page. Then you read it back, so your human can integrate the information
