There must be a balance between upper body and lower body.
Here you get an overview of the most common body shapes, what suits them best and what is needed to create beautiful proportions in the figure.
Along the way, you can think about whether there are any characteristics that suit you - and then you can use the tips that suits.
If you are very slim, you can play with the proportions:
If you are very slim and do not have many shapes, I think you should play with the proportions.
Then you can e.g. experiment with loose clothing paired with tight clothing and it will give the impression that you have more shapes than you have.
Aren't you that tall?If you are not that tall, you need to create long, straight lines.
One color attitude in upper and lower part, e.g. dress or a set, gives you length.
The obvious tip
Of course, the easiest way to get taller is to wear high-heeled shoes.
But it is not certain that you will feel comfortable in high shoes.
If so, then instead of thinking about creating a long, vertical line by letting your pants, leggings or tights have the same color as your shoes.
It can e.g. be that you choose black leggings and black boots.
But the line must be unbroken - ie. it can be no use wearing black leggings, colored socks and black shoes.

Styling tips
These styling tips are some you can use if you want to give the illusion that you are NOT that tall.
If you are very tall, it is important to trick the eye into thinking you are lower than you are.
The first tip that you have probably already figured out is that you should wear high-heeled shoes with care.
But if you love high-heeled shoes, you should wear them!
Then you can possibly. Use some of the other tips to break the lines so you do not look so high.
Make your legs visually shorter
If you want to hide the fact that you have long legs, you can use the dress length that stops approx. middle of the calf (midi-skirt).
shorts with wide legs that stop below the knee will also look good and make you look shorter.
Shorts - or pants where you have slipped your legs up - are fine for you, and make your legs appear shorter.
Finally, a long vest / jacket / cardigan that stops approx. at the middle of the calf also make you not look so tall.
You can reinforce this by putting a belt at the waist and making a horizontal line that breaks the vertical lines you have created with the vest.
Horizontal lines
The second tip is that you should try to create as many horizontal lines as possible.
That way, you will be "cut across" so that you seem shorter.
You can e.g. have a t-shirt under your shirt and knit so that it sticks out at the bottom and makes a horizontal line.

Drop shape is a very feminine shape - and one of the easiest to wear!
Instead of focusing on your wide hips, think the other way around and try to make your shoulders wider.
If the hips and shoulders are equally wide, you also highlight your waist - then you have hourglass shape!
Avoid hip cuts
Ie. they have bottoms that end right where they are widest.
Keep in mind that horizontal lines makes wider.
And if your white t-shirt ends right where you are widest and you e.g. wearing dark jeans, your hips will look even wider than they are.
Do not pull on the blouse
The problem arises because the women try to hide their buttocks by constantly pulling down the blouse - and it actually just makes the problem even worse.
Getting used to this habit can be quite a victory, as it has mostly been going on for many years.
It will suit most people to wear the t-shirt in their trousers instead of outside - but less if they are wearing low-waisted trousers.
If you love low-waisted pants, be sure to wear a jacket, knit or cardigan that first stops at your thighs or further down so you do not create a line that stops at the widest point on your hips.

Slimming cut for drop shape:
It is very important that you avoid hip cuts and that you always make sure to shift focus up towards your shoulders.
That way, you will highlight your waist and create harmony between upper body and lower body.
You can also use e.g. a long cardigan that goes down over the hips. It will camouflage that you are wider at the bottom than at the top.
Also keep in mind that light colors magnify, dark colors diminish.
It is therefore a good idea to keep your pants and skirts in dark colors, possibly. the small pattern, and your tops in bright colors.
That alone will make you look slimmer around the hips.
Without shape
Square body type:Are your shoulders and buttocks equally wide?
Do not have much waist?
You with a square body shape can advantageously highlight hips and shoulders.
Do you have a model body
If you have a square body shape, then your shoulders and hips are equally wide, but you do not have the fine waist that characterizes the hourglass shape.
On the other hand, you can wear almost anything - you have the same body shape as the models!

Clothes cut that slims
It is important that your clothes are not too big as it will make you bigger than you are.
On the other hand, you are very welcome to choose clothes with a focus on the shoulders and hips - then you can highlight your waist with a belt.
Choose a belt in a dark color that shrinks.
The easiest way to create balance for a square body shape is to choose a waist jacket.

It will create a long, vertical line, which makes you taller thus slimmer.
Also, think about wearing the same color shoes as your pants or socks.
It will lengthen your legs and make you look slimmer.
Shorts and other pants that do not go all the way down to the ground will make you look shorter and wider than you are.
Hourglass shaped body type:Are your shoulders and hips equally wide, and at the same time do you have a narrow waist?
Then it is important that you do not dress in too loose and large clothes.
Instead, highlight your pretty little waist with e.g. belts.
