Let's make 2018 the best year of our lives!!!

To my fellow APs who continue to strive forward against the internal alarm bells (our escalating anxiety), the desire to focus on the other person and the negative internal tapes (that tell us there is something that must be changed about ourselves)....I embrace each and every one of you and wish you all a Happy New Year!!!  Despite what can at times feel like an uphill battle..we can embrace our AP attachment style and we can find beauty in the depths of our caring and our desire for love.  I am sending out cyber hugs.
