I just wanted to share this podcast that I've found really interesting and helpful. I don't know if it's been shared on here before but here it is.. You can get to it from Tracy Crossley's web page or search for Simply Abundant Intuitive on your podcast app.

I search all the time for different articles on attachment and go on YouTube as well but I find that her message goes into way more depth and doesnt focus on all the stuff we've already heard a million times on how we got here, childhood trauma, etc.
