Do any of you by any chance have the same issue: you just can't stop talking, you reveal more about yourself that you would have liked to, you cannot keep a commitment to yourself about reacting a certain way when a situation arrises?
I wonder whether it is a part of being an AP?
I think this puts me in a much lower position and permits others to be judgemental (because you gave them so much to judge you for jesus) and walk all over me.

Oh yes, I do experience the same thing. I reveal too much about myself, like flaws or other possibly negatively perceived things, as a way to prevent others from finding out first. Is this what you mean? Do you have some examples in mind?

Is this what you mean? Do you have some examples in mind? No. I mean like I constantly tell myself “today I won’t make a fool out of myself by revealing too much” and then I do. I think it comes from getting ostracised when I was young in school for many years. Maybe it’s attention seeking..
