Totally unrelated to attachment styles, but I think we owe a big thank you to Jeb and whomever codes this webpage. I've been a member maybe for 2 months and see many improvements. You have real time on here, you can see who's online, how many people are in a forum division and so on.

I deff feel I am less anxious than before. I've deff learned not to hold others responsible for my feelings and to identify my needs as valid. I also screen potential love interests for avoidant red flags. Still deff drawn to them but knowing it's a danger really is empowering.

I actually messaged someone the other day to let her know that you can see the growth, saw one of her posts from 2 months ago and you can notice the growth in the tone and awareness of her posts these days.
