Feeling exposed..like wearing no jacket at all

So....I will give credit to Goldilocks for this as she wrote about the bulletproof jacket in the DA support thread....and it makes sense then that as an AP...I have no jacket.  No barriers to hide behind....and everything feels unsafe, everything feels personal.  If I have no jacket...then it makes sense that I am looking for someone to share their jacket with me...at least until I can find my own....and at first, it seems I find someone who seems at least initially willing to share...but then....he pulls his jacket away....he doesn't tell me why....he either stays but hides within his jacket or leaves with his jacket on.  So I am exposed again...craving the protection and warmth his jacket had provided and without any explanation of why it isn't around me anymore.  So yes, I start to wonder....why did he take the jacket away and then I shift to..how can I get the jacket (and him) back?  The thing is...I really don't want another jacket....I know there are others out there...but his just felt right....at least for a while it did.
