If someone presents this statement as empirical truth:
"I am not a narcissist."
Then empirical evidence supporting this statement should be offered if they expect others in the dialog to accept this statement as empirical truth. If the statment is based upon opinions rendered by clinicians and perhaps themselves, and there is no empirical evidence to support the statement, it ought not be claimed as the One Truth. It's especially hard to have this kind of conversation with an anxious person who admits they are in an emotional place when presenting their arguments.
The DSM which is used to diagnose PD's is a living document and subject to change based on new research. Can a diagnosis or non diagnosis, based on the DSM be claimed as empirical truth, if that truth is subject to change based on empirical research?

I would say that there is currently no way to say whether any PD is empirically true. As they are arbitrary man made concepts which describe vague personality traits. I guess that's why there's so much debate on who has what personality disorder. But I agree, we have no empirical evidence that the OP is or is not a narcissist

So can you see how someone presenting their statements as the one truth, without evidence, who came to this forum in a heightened emotional state, might be found frustrating to those interacting with them?
If empirical truth is the golden standard, a discussion forum addressing relationship difficulties involving emotional reactions may not be the most intelligent choice when attempting to discuss human behavior. Especially when one is beset by emotion over the chosen topic.

Oh, but I think OP discovered this on his own and withdrew, just adding a little clarity in light of your comment krolle.
